Our easy 3-step Process
1 - Meet
Just like no two businesses are identical, no two networks are identical. During the meeting phase we will discuss your current network, services, mission critical systems, and collaborate to define just how technology effects your business. This can be done over the phone, at your location, or at our office, or any other method you would prefer.
2 - Design
After your needs have been identified, we will design a custom solution just for you. Ensuring no resource is under-utilized, maximizing efficiency to your infrastructure. Our goal is to improve the overall reliability, security, efficiency, and productivity of your technology and staff.
3 - Implementation & Management
Once the plan has been reviewed and accepted, we will begin implementing and deploying solutions and updating existing solutions. This onboarding process will include procuring of required technologies, installing required monitoring agents, and migration of licensing as needed.
During this process, your dedicated Account Manager will be documenting your new landscape and provide you with reports and findings throughout the process. Each month, you will meet via the method of your choosing for a review of your service, go over your over-all network health, and discuss any further enhancements that may prove beneficial.
