When hardware failure occurs, we will send out one of our repair experts to diagnose, and repair your system. If repairs cannot be maid, or are higher than the cost of a replacement, we will source a replacement for you and transfer all data from the existing system. Ensuring your company never misses a beat.
System running slow? After one of our experts diagnose the cause for the sluggish behavior, we will make recommendations for upgrades compatible to your system.
Would you rather drop off your equipment? We have a drop-off/pick-up location in Irving for you to leave your items. Our receptionist will ticket your items and provide you with an inventory sheet. Once diagnosis has been made, we will contact you via email, and phone to inform you on the findings, and decide on how to proceed.
All repair work comes with 90-day warranty for labor, and the Manufacturer's Warranty as described by product manufacturer.
